Are you struggling to hold onto happiness, even though part of you feels you “should” be content?

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, right? Whether you're carrying the weight of daily pressures, navigating significant changes, or sensing that something important is missing, it’s natural to feel off-balance and uncertain. Perhaps past experiences may also be resurfacing, adding to the complexity of your emotions and making it difficult to manage the tornado of feelings. In these moments, it’s okay to reach out and explore what you truly need.

In our work together, I offer a person-centred integrative approach, providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. The truth is, you don’t need fixing. You deserve a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences and rediscover yourself.

Our sessions will adapt to what feels right for you, guided by trust, empathy, and respect. Together, we’ll navigate your challenges; you don’t have to face them alone.

Taking this step might feel daunting, but it’s already an act of self-care and courage. Many others have walked this path, and while it may seem overwhelming now, you have the power to reclaim control and rediscover your direction. Together, we’ll bring clarity to the parts of your life that matter most, allowing the stress and noise to quiet down.

Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege of journeying with many people experiencing traumatic bereavement, victims and witnesses of crime and acute anxiety.

As a BACP registered counsellor, I have experience working with a wide range of challenges, including loss, grief, anxiety, depression, gender identity, trauma, and other complex issues. I have also had the privilege of working with clients who have autism and ADHD, and I wholeheartedly embrace a collaborative approach to ensure your individual needs are met. My goal is to create a space that is genuinely meaningful and tailored to support your unique journey.

As I walk beside you, my aim is to gently encourage new perspectives, challenge in ways that support growth, and help you reconnect with the core of who you are. I hope that together, we can shape a path toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. You don’t have to face this journey alone.

Please connect with me today to arrange a free 20 minute call if you would like to discuss starting this journey together. And if now isn’t the right time, or you’re still searching for the right fit, trust that you’re already on the right path—you’ve come this far.

         Working with Georgina

'I can’t recommend Gina’s counselling enough - she offers such a comfortable, non-judgmental space to work through things in. The difference in my anxiety has been incredible, and I feel now like I have a much clearer view of what is underlying it, which gives me more power over it. I now feel so much more well-equipped when facing life’s challenges' Anne

As a BACP qualified humanistic counsellor, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel genuinely seen and valued. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and compassion, honoring each person's unique journey. In my sessions, I work from a person-centered stance, which means that your experiences, feelings, and goals are at the heart of our work together. I believe that each individual possesses the inner resources needed for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping to explore those strengths in a way that feels natural and empowering.

Creative exploration

I also incorporate creative and body-centered techniques into our work, which can provide new insights and help deepen the explorative process. Whether through mindfulness, expressive tools, or gentle body awareness exercises, these methods are designed to help you connect with your inner self in a holistic way. This part of my practice is always client-led, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported, with your needs and preferences guiding each step. Together, we’ll work in a way that centers your unique experience and fosters genuine, lasting growth.

I support young adults (16+) and adults. This can be short term (6-12 sessions), longer-term (6 months to a year), or even open-ended therapy.
